John Lucas is the founder and guitarist of Boise, ID’s own surf trio The Seatopians and the post-rock/metal outfit Barren Lands. Whether it’s playing his brand of adventurous surf or quiet to loud wall of sound post-rock, John chooses the Quilter Pro Block 200 for his tonal needs. Having owed, gigged, and recorded amps from Fender, Gomez, Orange, and Port City, he now uses the Pro Block on stage and in the studio for the foundation of his sound.
