Good Times Music was established in March 2004 by Susie and Tim Landers.  In August 2011, the store was sold to Nels Kilpela, who ran it until early July 2014.

On July 7, 2014, Bruce & Kristen Rundman bought Good Times Music.  The store offers new and used instruments, all related accessories, instrument rental, repair services, sheet music, audio equipment, and music lessons.

Owners Bruce and Kristen Rundman are happy to help you with your musical needs.  Bruce is in the store daily and is ready to offer knowledgeable assistance regarding your musical questions or purchases.  Kristen manages the finances and will provide friendly service.

Music lesson instructors are regularly in the store, both teaching lessons and hanging out.  Don't be surprised to bump into lesson teachers, Kathleen Arten, Bob Hiltunen, Dave Morehouse, Clare Zuraw, and Ryan Peterson, while visiting Good Times Music.

As the Keweenaw's Music Store, Good Times Music seeks to serve the Keweenaw Peninsula and surrounding region by providing a space to enjoy and discover music.  We're here to support local musicians, individuals who are actively engaged with music, and those who are just discovering a new love of music.  Whether you're a beginner or an established musician, we'd like to help foster the growth of music in your life and in our community.
