How did you come up with the voices? (1,2,3)

In general, we start with a “concept” based on an existing popular amp, and proceed with voicing to make it sound as good as possible. We also learn from comments on prior models. The OD-202 has three “Clean channel” voices, 1 = early Marshall, 2 = Dumble bell-like tone, 3 = Mesa. The distortion channel was refined after much testing to produce incisive, controllable distortion using tone shaping similar to other successful overdrive channels, and then goes through the selected Clean channel voicing.
