Wet Reverb Pedal v1 User Guide
Thank you for purchasing the Wet™ Reverb Pedal. To reduce waste, Neunaber Technology does not include paper manuals with our products. If you wish to have a paper manual for your reference, please print this page. We hope that our products are easy enough to use that you will not require the assistance of this manual. Please feel free to contact us if you have comments or questions that are not answered in this manual.
Controls and Input/Output
Power Jack
The power jack accepts a 9V center-negative input and works with standard power supplies like 1 Spot and Power-All. Plugging into the power jack disconnects the battery.
Mix Knob
The mix knob controls the reverb level. Full counter-clockwise is dry (no reverb). Full clockwise is about 50% dry/50% reverb signal. To achieve 100% reverb signal, see Effects Loop Switch, below.
Depth Knob
The depth knob controls the decay time (length of reverb tail). The depth knob also changes the tone, from a little splashy (full counterclockwise) to slightly mellow (full clockwise).
Input Jack
The mono input jack accepts input directly from your instrument or amplifier effects loop output. Unplugging from the input jack disconnects the battery to extend battery life.
Output Jack
The mono output jack provides output to another effects pedal, amplifier input, or effects loop input. This low-impedance output is capable of driving long cables without a change in tone.
LED
The LED lights when the effect is active. If the LED fails to illuminate, please check your battery or power supply.
Foot Switch
The foot switch is true bypass. Bypassing works even with a dead battery or no power applied.
Removing the Bottom Cover
To access the effects loop switch and battery compartment, use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 4 screws that attach the bottom cover. Use extreme care when opening the bottom of the pedal to replace the battery or change the effects loop switch. Do not touch the circuit board, as electro-static discharge can kill your pedal.
Effects Loop Switch
The effects loop switch is located inside the pedal on the lower right edge of the circuit board. Use a pointed object such as a pen to change the effects loop mode. The position of the switch is shown on label attached to the circuit board.
The effects loop switch switches between series (normal) or parallel effects loops. When the parallel mode is selected, only the reverb signal is present on the output. In this mode, the Mix Knob adjusts the reverb level.
Battery Compartment
Use only a 9V (PP3) alkaline or lithium battery. The battery compartment is just big enough for a typical 9V battery; it is not large enough for some rechargeable 9V batteries, which are larger than a standard 9V battery.
When replacing the battery, do not pull on the wire that attaches the battery snap to the circuit board. Carefully pry the battery snap from the battery using your fingers or a non-metallic object.
